Drop-in Anchors (HKD / Hammerset / Wedge Anchors)

Internal female-threaded drop-in anchors — also known as HKD anchors, hammerset anchors, or expansion anchors — designed for fast, reliable fixing into concrete and masonry.

Simply drill the correct hole diameter, insert the anchor flush, and set it with a hammerset tool. Five firm hammer strikes are all it takes to achieve optimum expansion and full holding capacity.

How to Choose Your Size

The diameter refers to the internal thread — i.e. the bolt or spindle size you'll be inserting. Ideal for fixing diamond rig spindles (typically M12 or M16) and a wide range of electrical and structural fittings.
